No purchase, payment or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or donation does not improve your chances. This is a contest of skill. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The contest is run by 206206.com ("we", "us"). Questions about the contest can be sent through our contact form.
2. Contest period
Season 1 opens on October 9, 2026 and closes on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries received after the close are not eligible. Our website's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Who can enter
- Bone-Smart Idea: open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.
- Class Art: must be entered by a teacher, school staff member or adult youth-group leader on behalf of a class or group. Children do not enter directly, and any prize is paid to the school or group.
- Not open to our employees, contractors and judges, or their immediate families and households.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including in any place that requires registration or bonding that we have not completed.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form on the contest page during the contest period. Limit: one entry per person, and one Class Art entry per class or group. Entries must be in English, original, the entrant's own work, and must not include anyone else's private or medical information, full names or faces of children, or third-party material you don't have the right to share.
Entries may describe habits, experiences and ideas. They must not give diagnoses, dosing or advice to stop or change prescribed treatment. We may disqualify entries that are unsafe, offensive, misleading or that infringe anyone's rights.
5. Judging
Eligible entries are scored by a panel that includes at least one licensed health professional. Bone-Smart Idea entries are scored on usefulness (40%), originality (30%) and clarity and safety (30%). Class Art entries are scored on creativity (40%), anatomical accuracy (40%) and effort and teamwork (20%). Ties are broken by the higher usefulness (or accuracy) score, then by a second review by a different judge. Judges' decisions are final.
6. Prizes
- Bone-Smart Idea: first place US$125, second place US$50, third place US$25.
- Class Art: one prize of US$100, paid to the school or group for classroom use.
Total prize value: US$300. Prizes are paid by PayPal, or by a gift card of equal value where PayPal isn't available, within 30 days after verification. Prizes are not transferable. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Where required by local law, a winner may need to correctly answer a skill-testing question before receiving a prize. We may award fewer prizes if there are not enough eligible entries of reasonable quality.
7. Winner notification
Potential winners are notified by email by December 15, 2026 and must reply within 7 days, confirming eligibility and payment details. If a potential winner doesn't respond or is ineligible, the prize may go to the next-highest scoring entry. Winners are announced on the contest page on December 15, 2026, with permission.
8. Use of entries
You keep ownership of your entry. By entering, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for length and clarity, and share your entry on 206206.com, in our newsletter and on our social media channels, with credit by first name and region (or school or group name) if you agree to be featured.
9. Privacy
We use your details to run the contest, contact entrants and pay prizes, as described in our Privacy policy. We send our newsletter only if you opt in.
10. General conditions
We may cancel, suspend or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure or anything else beyond our control affects its fair operation, and will post any change on the contest page. We are not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the contest.
